I was completely satisfied from start to finish!!! The business administrator was pleasant and efficient in setting up my appointment. She had a service technician at my home in about an hour after my call. Alex, the technician, was a true professional; he was courteous, very knowledgeable, and focused on the tasks at hand without distractions. I had problems with both of my outside compressor units, and Alex had the replacement parts that I needed in his van. The price was reasonable, and both of my systems are operating at peak performance. Overall, six stars out of five.

All Is Working Well!
Came out quickly, wound up replacing a 30-year-old system. Worked efficiently and well organized. Cleaned up behind themselves, built a new stand for 2 units and put the second system back together. All is working well! Mind you, they did the outside work in 22-degree weather without complaint! Almost 2 full days' work. Will be using them again for the rest of my ancient HVAC systems :)
